Miscellaneous Information:

Mrs. Lydon received her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Carlow University. She has been teaching all 16 years of her career here at Saint Elizabeth Elementary School, in Kindergarten and Preschool. She piloted the three full day 4-year-old Preschool Program, with the help of Mrs. Luann Hain, during the 2015-2016 school year. It was so successful, we added the five full day option Preschool for the four-year-old preschoolers in 2016.

Mrs. Lydon has an amazing family. She and her husband, Kevin, have five beautiful children—Michael, Sean, Joshua, Matthew, and Rachel. All five children are students at Saint Elizabeth Elementary. She feels they have “been blessed being a part of the Saint Elizabeth family!”

“A quote from one of my favorite authors, ‘Don’t give up! I believe in you all! A person’s a person, no matter how small!’~Dr. Suess. The smallest ‘persons’ in our school, quite possibly, are the most excited about learning new things and have so much fun doing so! It is an honor and privilege to be able to help our Preschoolers develop Kindergarten readiness skills, but also develop a relationship with God.”
